Booking and Payment

Consultation Fee

  • A non-refundable fee of USD 100 is required at the time of booking your consultation.

  • This fee is credited toward your selected session if you decide to proceed.

Remaining Balance

  • After the consultation:

    • For a single session: USD 400 is payable.

    • For a 3-session package: USD 1,200 is payable.

Online Payment

  • Payments will be processed through online payment methods, with instructions provided upon booking.

  • Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed and may be released to other clients.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notification must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your session.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Refunds

  • The consultation fee (USD 100) is non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of a session.

  • For pre-paid packages, refunds will be pro-rated based on sessions attended, with the standard session fee deducted for each completed session.

Session Fees

  • Professional fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

  • Fees are subject to periodic review, with any changes communicated in advance.

Session Conduct and Expectations

  • Please ensure you are available and prepared at your session start time.

  • If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time, depending on availability.

  • Hypnotherapy recordings provided are for personal use only and should not be shared, copied, or sold.

  • Do not listen to recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring full concentration.

Medical or Psychological Conditions

  • Clients must disclose any medical or psychological conditions prior to the first session and update the therapist on any changes during therapy.

  • If you are under care for conditions such as psychosis, epilepsy, or other severe health issues, written consent from your medical professional may be required.

Confidentiality

  • All sessions and communications are confidential, except in the following circumstances:

    1. If a vulnerable person (child or elder) is at risk.

    2. If the client is in imminent danger to themselves or others.

    3. If legally required through a court subpoena.

  • The Therapist may discuss anonymized aspects of a case with professional colleagues for supervision purposes.

Liability and Indemnity

  • While every effort is made to support your goals, The Therapist cannot guarantee specific results.

  • The Client agrees to release The Therapist from any liability related to outcomes of therapy sessions.

Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in online sessions.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during in-person sessions.

Outcome of Sessions

  • Success depends on your commitment, participation, and motivation to implement changes.

  • The agreement to work on specific issues does not guarantee resolution, as outcomes are influenced by individual factors.

Contact Between Sessions

  • Contact outside sessions is limited to office hours unless stated otherwise. Messages received outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge the following:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant information honestly.

  • You agree to participate fully and responsibly in the therapy process.
